Your Month field contains text values, not numbers

See what happens if you turn those into numbers:

LINEST_M(#Cust.,Match(Month,'Jan','Feb','Mar','Apr','May','Jun')-1)

LINEST_B(#Cust.,Match(Month,'Jan','Feb','Mar','Apr','May','Jun')-1)
