Problem with the table report by Period

Hi, Coleagues.

I will not tell long prehistory of the problem, here qvw file, which should be all clear.

You should enter some numbers, which you see in a picture and then press a green button for start downloading.

There is a set of items, which parameters to track.
There is a set of rules by which to monitor the purity of the input of these items.
On tab Dashboard exist diagram is Results. that report reflects the purity of the data required by the rules.
Now I need to expand this report by adding a period (for example Month)
Problems few:
1) The fact that each product has a few dates (see Calendar tab).
2) In all my diagrams I do NOT using the functions sum, count, etc. which I could take advantage Set Analysis'a I need for selection of values. See in tab Rule1, Rule2 etc.

So I Don't know how can I select item (without Set Analysis) by period.

Example: Item 101389 must check only for date less than 24/10/2002.

So if my period is Feb-2010 we think that this Item is CORRECT, but now (in ALL data) we see that this item is wrong by rule1 (field

ZZCLF06 is empty)

I hope I'm clearly described the essence of my problems:)
