Making a text object visible/invisible based on a filter selection

I have a text object on a form which needs to remain visible unless an item is selected from a particular list box...

The 'Total HSC' text object remains visible unless a 'Work Type' is selected (cat_desc). Once a 'Work Type' has been selected, I want it to become invisible... when the 'Work Type' is cleared, it becomes visible again.

I have read documents on this but can't seem to get my head around how I would put this into practice.

For 'Total HSC' text obect use this show/hide condition:

GetSelectedCount([WorkType]) = 0

Thanks Sunny. I'm sure the scripting I've used previously has made it a lot more complicated than that
