Clicked on clear license information

Hello all

i am using Qlikview 12.0.20000.0 persona edition.. This morning, i was searching for control number. i clicked on 'clear license information' unexpectedly. Now, I am unable to see the license information on my QV.

I have license key with me but i dont have control number. I tried to enter the license key again, but i am unable to enter the license key

can anyone , please help me in fixing this...

Hi Ganesh,

Please log a case with Qlik.com. They will help you out to get the control number.

Yeah, I entered the license key in current license Enabler file window, but didnt work

so i logged case with qlik and waiting for reply..

I am trying to know, whether, can we enter the license key again and update

Thanks for the link. I copied the info that i got onto the current license enabler file but I am unable to get the license information.. have been asked to contact the support
