I am working in Contact Center Business Environment. Managers and Supervisors mostly depends on Reports to evaluate and enforce the employee performance and ensure the meeting SLA’s in Customer Resolution Satisfaction.

We have been using SAP Business Objects Reports for above requirement and we want to change the complete project from SAP BO to either QlickView or Tableau Tools. But we have so many outstanding questions changing to other BI tools while meeting the current BI requirements of SAP BO tool

Current Over of Existing BI:

Complete Webi Reports developed on Top of Complex Universe
Customer has wide range filters to chose while running Reports
Working with MS SQL Server and Oracle DB
Real time data is loading to DB and Customer Running SAP BO web reports to Analise.
Scheduling Reports (Excel, .csv, .pdf)
Access control to Users

Current Business Requirements:

Data model (Like universe in BO) should simple and should support with MS SQL Server, Oracle DB.
Reusable Objects/Dimensions. (Like universe in BO)
Reusable filters. (Like universe in BO)
Web based Reporting.
Reports should show Real time data changes in DB.
Customer will select the Report filters and Data should loaded to Reports (Like BO)
Export to Excel, .CSV and PDF options should be available. (Like BO)
Scheduling Option should be there. (Like BO)

Please help us to choose the best BI tools meeting the above Requirements.
