input box issue

hi,

i have year,quarter,month,week multi boxes are there

and two input boxes from date and to date

when am selecting year not reflecting in input boxes from date and to date

for example am selecting 2006-2007 at from date 1 apl 2006 to date is 31 march 2007

when am selecting quarter1 it not effecting at input boxes

and when i click on clear button on tool bar it is not cleared

please help me
