Application does not appear to other users in Access Point

Hi all!

I have inserted an application in our server and it was supposed to show in the access point. Whe I do access the access point I can see the application, but no one else can see it.

Previouly it eveyone could see it, but now they cannot anymore.

Could you please help me solve this?

As you can see below I have the availability checked for (IE Client and Full Browser and Small Device Version).

and below you can see that when I do acces the access point I can see this application.

Hi Silvia

Please make sure that users are given access to the qvw file as read only. This is done by going to the file properties and security and then edit the users and groups.
