topic back and forward doesn't works in QlikView

back and forward doesn't works

Hello experts,

In a document with section access the back and foward functionalities doesn't works anymore!

I notice others documents without section access either back and forward works correctly.

I'm using QlikView 9.0 SR2

Can anyone help me ?

Check if you have "ActiveDocument.ClearBackForward" somewhere in the Macros, may be in OnChange or something like it.

I did it but there is no ActiveDocument.ClearBackForward

What can be the reason ?

You may want to comment-out all the macro code and try.

Otherwise, I would say - send a support request to QlikTech. Seems to be a bug somewhere.

Thans Rakesh,

I solved deleting all actions under document event trigger on "OnAnySelect<Has Action(s)>

Now I have to run macros after firing some event.

I have the same problem with Qv 9 SR6 and SR7.

I have contacted Qlikview and they have confirmed that is a BUG.

Hello everybody,

I have the same problem in the customer server.

But when I open the application on my local PC everything it works properly .

I opened Panetta Luca Jonathan 's application which he was upload with the same problem and there everything it works properly again on my local PC .

If someone can help me, please give me an information. I think that the situation is very strange. I don't have additional macros and triggers which could be made troubles.
