Problem with stadistic function

Dear all,

I have a pivot table with two expressions, but i don't get the dessired value

First function works correctly

Min

({$<[PLACE]={'000'}>}HOUR

)

but on second one I want to get the value where HOUR be equal to the first selection

ONLY ({$<HOUR={"(Min({$<[PLACE]={'000'}>}HOUR))"}>}STOCK)

can someone help me
