Alert Email integration

Dear Members,

I am using QV 9 .00.7119.4 and was successful in generating the alert

I used following condition in alert window:

Sum

(Aggr(If(Sum(Sales)<=100, 1), Country)) >0

and in message window i used following condition:

'Number of countries below 100 = ' & Count(if(Sales<=100,Country)) & chr(13

) &

'Countries: '

& Concat(if(Sales<=100,Country), ',

I was able to get the alert message window.

Now i was reying to send this alert as email

I went to email window and used the following details

Sender email id:vupreti@data.com mailserveraddress

encoding'western european smtp.1and1.com

Port:587

Authentication:none

And then i clicked on apply and o.k button

I got the following error message

I used ping : smtp.1 and 1.com and i got reply also

Pinging smtp.1and1.com [74.208.5.17] with 32 bytes of data:

where could be the problem.
