      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to open Access Point on server, it is showing message "Loading Content". I tried running &lt;SPAN style="color: #3d3d3d; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i but still not able to access it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
