QVSource error when I'm using Mongo Connector to extract data

Hi,

I have this error could someone help me whit this please.

I attacehd the files for a better understanding.

I need to extract some data from contact_methods and I'm can't do it becouse of this error:

There was an error running the table (Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index)

If someoane got experience with QVSOURCE and know please save me!
