Last Column not being read by Qlikview

Hi All,

Facing a strange issue in loading data from a flat file (xls and csv format).

Last column is not being loaded into qlikview.

While loading i am not even seeing that column in qlikview.

Also, if i open the excel manually and click on that field and save the excel again , then it will be loaded to qlikview as well.

Not sure if the issue is with QV or excel.

Hi ,

Cannot share entire data because of security reasons and if i will open and take only sample rows then automatically the error would be gone.

Any other way of sharing data ?

Hi,

since you can't share a sample file, you should verify the following:

-your field separator for that case, it should be the same for all columns

-your line separator as it may be CR, or CR LF, Etc. and it may end your line before it is really ended

Also you can try to load the file in small portions in order to find if the issue is in a specific line.

You are getting all rows but not all columns right?
