Hi,

for the below excel sheet create a scatter graph with x-axis as A1,A2,A3..... so on.. and y axis as -1,0,1,2. and plot the graph.

I believe what you request is more or less the same as

Ok, but as I said in the other thread, it would be helpful (for me, and I believe for all others, too), if you could explain what's wrong with the pivot table and what the user expects instead (I haven't fully understood why a scatter chart should be used in this case).

Personally, I think it's not a good habit / idea to create just another thread if I am not satisfied with an answer.

Please try letting resolve the single request in a single discussion, as a single ressource for future reference.

We need it in scatter graph itself. so please tel me is it possible to create scatter graph for this data or not.

A scatter graph needs numeric axis.

And I think it's hard to impossible to show your text values on the intersection of the dimensional values.

That's why I think the pivot table grid would work best here.

I am still waiting for an answer why the pivot table is not working for you.

If I know the exact requirement that the pivot table is not fulfilling, we can maybe offer a solution to that.

But up to now, I think what you want is not doable in a scatter chart with decent effort.

Hi Swuel,

I totally agree with you but our clients wants a graphical representation for that data which is colourful . if i m able to create scatter chart for this excel data. then later i am suppose to connect it to salesforce database and access such data which is already there in the database and create scatter graph for it. hope you understand me.

It would be helpful if you could describe the requested workflow in a few words, best with some sketch drawings attached.

u can attach ur application size max of 300Mb.

it will not accept more than that.
