Hi All,

I have given flexibility to the users to create objects in reports. However now I see hundreds of server objects created per report.

Qlikview server has started experiencing performance issues with very high memory usage.

Can these server objects be the reason for this?

Is there a way to bulk delete objects only by certain users?

Also I can see objects created by users who are no longer part of organization. Is their a way to remove objects when user leaves?

Best Regards,

Neha

hello

try to use powertools (there are options to work on PGo files)

to delete objects on the PGO file, you can use the option in the QMC but object by object

and to delete objects of user, you should do it BEFORE deleting the user from the AD

one extreme solution (if you cans do it) is to delete the shared fil (but in this cas of course, you will delete all objects)

to see if the problem comes from there, try : stop server, rename shared file, restart server

after the test, delete the shared file (it is automatically recreated) and rename the saved one
