Hi, I have above table and it is not linked with any master calendar

and above are the lists of projects.

What I eventually want to do is to be able get all the amount of days spent for each project and get the estimate of each project.

for example, Let's say I want to know how many days has been spent on project C for the month of may.

Tosita Espinosa spent 31 days on the proejct and Lori Grimes spent 31 days and Tyreese spent 31 days. and each of them has different daily rate. So I want to be able to multiply the number of days each person spent on the project and multiply them by their daily rate and add them all up so that I can figure out how much we spent on project C for the month of may. I should figure out how to rule out weekends but that's for later.

my Start_Date and End_Date are not linked to any master data. so.. um... it's little complicate.

Please help!!
