Creating operation calendar

Hi All,

I have 20 people working for me and I want to track their work visually on calendar.

first I want to start with only one field. some of my teammates are on Adhoc project and some are working on ongoing project.

I have start and end date for each project.

I want to make it look something like this.

Is there any good example for this or recommendation of how to make this happen?

I wish I can have calendar for 3 months.

For a calendar like in your screenshot you could create a calendar-view like this:

you will find an example for this here: Master Calendar with movable holidays‌ and could add your staff like the holidays respectively special days (which you might also need to change for your country). Whereby I think by 20 people it will be rather cluttered.

Therefore I think you have better a look to other approaches like: Recipe for a Gantt chart especially if you want track start- and end-dates.
