Hi Team

Here is a case in our organization. we are having DEV & PROD environment.only Admin's are having access to the PROD.

but here is an request from an user saying he need read only access to the QVD's in the PROD environment.

could someone suggest me how can I Provide him read-only access to the particular QVD in the PROD server???

Hi,

Did you try to share your path qvd with your use? and use security windows to juste grand a right read only.

the user is not there in any AD group?? does it work like that or he need to be in that particular dashboard AD group

I think you user need to be in your AD groupe.

You can try create an server FTP on your server PROD, so your use can download these qvd from FTP and your user don"t need to be in AD groupe of your firme.
