QVW file size reduced after scrambling

Team;

i scrambled 2 columns in my QVW application ,

before scrambling QVW file size=100MB

after scrambling QVW file size= 60MB

why size is reducing?

This is because when you scramble 2 columns then qv will not store 2 columns differently , it will be one as pointer.

For better understanding you need to search why QVD size is small and what is the logic behind this.

thanks for your reply,

for example:

if we scramble "XYZ" output will be like "ABC" or may be different letters between [A-Z],

any how finally it will prompt 3 characters only,so the size of 3 (ABC size or XYZ size)chars should be same?
