Display table column as dropdown to set variables

I am new to Qlikview. I have this requirement to load data from a table and then use one of the columns as drop-down in qlikview to show clientName. Subsequently selected clientName in drop-down should be assigned to a variable name.

Names:

LOAD names as Names

FROM (biff, embedded labels, table is Sheet1$);

Now I am trying to create a Input Box in Qlikview and under Constraints tab, I ticked "Listed Values" and "Predefined Values in Drop-down". But not sure how to access Names as list values in expression.

Subsequently, I need to figure out that selected value in Input Box drop-down is assigned (set to) one of the variables.

Also, I am not sure if there is a more efficient way to achieve same.
