I am loading a file from excel

LOAD [Monthly data],

[% Of local 3C's closed],

Monthly Data is JAN, FEB, MAR etc in Excel

but is coming across as 42005, 42036, etc

How can i convert this to show JAN, FEB etc within my load ?

LOAD Month([Monthly data]) as [Monthly data],

[% Of local 3C's closed],
