I have a simple question, I have a graph in my doc that I want to show or hide when I click a button.

The fisrt click -> show and if I click again -> hide

I suppose that using button object and actions is possibel but I didn't find how to do it

Try the attached

1) Create a variable

2) Create a button and add 'Set Variable' condition

3) Use Show/Hide condition on the layout tab of the chart

Just remember that if you are using Shift Cntrl S to show all Sheets, this function will not work. You need to reset this setting!!!
