Pretty easy Format Pattern question

Hello Experts,

I have a quite easy requirement and cannot ahndle it by using the Format Pattern, only (if possible).

As you see below, my number is 255683545,97537 I need it like 255.689

. must stay for thousands & it must be rounded

sometimes the numbers could be much bigger,

so the pattern should handle something like 9876543210,97537 to 9.876.543 too
