hi Friends,

i have created a PDF report for one dashboard in that we made data should distribute by region wise for some regions there is no data.

now i do not want send the pdf report which is not having data.Will it be possible in qlikview. Kindly help me out on this

Open the chart properties.
Go to Dimensions tab.
Select the Region dimension in Used Dimensions menu.
Tick the option 'Suppress When Value Is Null'

This will not show regions which don't have data.
Now again create the pdf report..

thanks for the reply,

i already tried with same. we created one task for that when we run that PDF will distribute to different different people by region wise, but we followed the above still we got empty PDF we should not get that is there any change to restrict that.
