How to let users write comments in straight table without having field

Hi, QlikView community

I got easy dataset but that is just for demonstration.

I have users that want to see variance between Revenue and Budget.

But the user want to explain the variance for the other users which are looking at the same table.

I used the Inputfields to let the user to comment in the table. But I was wondering if I can make this for other reports where I don't have the comment field from the dataset.

So in my qlikview it shows exactly how I want to have but I how can I use Inputfield without having a comment field.

How can solve that problem.
