    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;Scenario -1 &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Server is having &lt;STRONG style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Qlikview 11.2 SP5&lt;/STRONG&gt; version and my desktop client is &lt;STRONG style="color: #0000ff;"&gt;Qlikview 11.2 SP7&lt;/STRONG&gt; Version..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise whether i can update my Server version to SP7. Will it be direct upgrade or any process to update with out any errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;Scenario-2&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently i developed Dashboard on my desktop and is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After migrating to Server, Dashboard is not working properly... &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error: Out of Memory etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kumar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Yes, the upgrade would be a direct one and usually seamless. You just have to run the upgraded installer. However, it's always recommended to keep back up of important folders and files. You would find details in a document attached here: &lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/message/603469"&gt;Re: Upgrade from 11.2 IR to latest SR&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Check if issue persist even after upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
