Cross Table Issue

Hello Friends,

I need you help in converting the table in the attached excel in to cross table.

Mentioned below is my required output. Also in a separate text box i want the max(first row) ie. 1 in my case. (See the attachment). This is a dynamic file and data keeps coming in.

First row would be 0,1,2,3.. sequential?
