I just cant get the hang of it.</P><P>I am trying to get an alert to show that when there are zeros showing in a particular month, to send an alert.</P><P>That's all good but what it is doing is finding a country with consistent zeros from the start of the application calendar and should in fact only be showing a particular month and seeing if there are zeros and returning those countries.</P><P></P><P>e,g 2016-01 should return Austria Belgium Columbia Korea Latvia etc.</P><P></P><P>My alert returns Latvia and Korea only because for all dates, zero is represented for those for all calendar months.
