Selections issue in UI

I have attached a qvw and xls file.

What I want to see in the qvw is that in Sheet2 , the list boxes should not be reflected with selections made in list box "YEAR" in sheet1 but should rather have selections reflected from 'YEAR_LIST" list box .

When I make selection 2016 in sheet1 and other two list boxes should show result based on YEAR list box

When I make selections on Sheet 2 ‘2012’ other list boxes should be based on this.

If 2016 selected in sheet1 and 2012 in sheet2 , I am getting selections based on 2016 in both the sheets.

Please help me with this issue.

Dear Aarohi,

Your shared app is working fine. Please note there is no association between YEAR and YEARS_LIST.

Therefore, field Budget and [New field] selections happening based on YEAR field.

no link between the 2 fields.. YEAR and YEAR_LIST....

If the selections made in Sheet1 would not effect the objects in Sheet2, then do like this..

Triggers--> OnActivateSheet--> Add Action--> Clear All

just add Clear all trigger in Document properties.
