HI Community

Please find the attachment of sample excel and QVW file

Expplanation :

The file i have attached is just an sample

This is all about the Clinic

Here we have a rule the field name "Name" are Patients and they visit for testing their health

And there are other fields like Test , location and Date

Now i have made a key by joining Test&Name&Date AS Result

Requirement:

Each patient keep visitng the clinic many time in a month for testing

We are suppose to consider this test results as 1 count till 3 months .

for example : if a patient visits for a test 10 times from jan to march then this should be considered as one test becuase the time period is 3 months , if he visits 11 times from Jan to April then it should counted as 2 results

We show this by country selction filter

I hope iam clear now

How this can be achieved ?.. some one please through some light on this with you experience..

Hi John,

It seems like there are two different things going on here. You want to show the count of result, but the count of result should be 1 if the date difference between the date of the result and today's date is <= 3 months. If the difference is > 3 months, then the count of the result should be 2 for each result, correct?

You also have another requirement of counting the unique results within 3 months based on the country selection. I am not quite sure how you want to display these because from my perspective these are two different result sets.

In the attached, the last requirement is implemented to the text box. However, can you explain a bit more the first requirement. Maybe give an example of what the count should be like.

Let be be more clear ,

I want to dusplay the count of result by country (based on country filter selection) and yes from today the test entry should be valid till 3 months , If any one visiting for a test within 3 months it should be counted as 1 result (test), If once 3 months are completed then it test will be counted as 2 .

And when nothing is slected it should just display countof results.
