Using the archiving macro iam able to do it..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dates means for example in the chart - we have column called end date.. so while archiving it to the Qvd ..I need to consider the end date should be the last date of the month. it should be a monthly archive basically&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
