      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue is as followed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am writing a set analysis statement for counting tickets sla_value is not eual to detached ( SLA_Value-={'Detached'}).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it is also&lt;STRONG&gt; excluding tickets where Sla_Value is blank(' ')&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I need those values to be included in the count and only the tickets with sla_value as Detached to be excluded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
