Hi,

What are major issues in qlikview while the application moving into production? how we can slove that issues.

Hi,

Check the following

- Provide correct database connection strings (Production)

- Correct file paths

- Check for Exit script if any

- Check for section access

Hi,

Check below points

Absolute paths should be replaced with relative path.
Generate Log file should be enabled for tracking the issues.
Check the Qlikview versions in non production and production are same.

1.Connection string(PRD)

2.File paths

3.Folder permission and data base permissions

4.Security

5.All the data base drivers are installed or not

etc

With respect to connection strings. My best practice is to use an include file so each server has it's own unique connection and the DEV server will not contain the production server connection commented out or in an If statement.
