Ipad authentication issues

Hello Everyone,

I have been using Qlikview on IPad for sometime now. Though it was not as good as its client version, I was able to make do for my query's. However, recently I have been facing authentication issues and unable to log in or access my qvw's. Qlikview works on browser but not on its app.

Did any one face a similar issue and was able to sort it out?? Are there some changes to be made?

No, I have been having this issue since December. No reply from anybody here on this issue.
