Hi,

I'm hoping there is a solution to this as it's driving us crazy.

We have a very big straight table with about 60 columns (done in reponse to a table box not being able to cope with data); however, the expressions definitions don't seem to be in any order. If causing a lot of difficulty and time when trying to find a column. We want it in alphabetical order

There isnt the 'text order' option in a table box and existing fuctions of 'sort' within the staright table doesnt seem to actually sort the data. Here is current setup:

You can see even picking text 'a-z' its still not in order:

That would not be possible...

But yes, you can promote or demote your expression in alphabatically order

You have to go to Expressions tab and try to sort manually by Promote and Demote option..

According to your screen shot, the field with the highest sort priority is Void Cost, which sounds like a numeric field. Sorting this alphabetically may give inconsistent results. Promote Address to the highest priority (in the dialog or interactively on the chart) and ensure that field is A-Z sorted.
