Alert and email

Hi All,

I have an alert

if(Control='Avaya' and [Control Description] = '[Case Measures]',
null(), sum([Record Count])>0)

and when an email comes out, I want it to say what country is causing the issue.

if I say

if(Country = 'Belgium',
if(Control='Avaya' and [Control Description] = '[Case Measures]',
null(), sum([Record Count])>0)

I get no alert. But it should return an email.

The mail I should get is something saying:

Measures is reported as zero

I also want to say what country failed so when I say

Country & Measures is reported as zero

I don't get an email.

Can you tell this is my first ever alert?
