Calculation of time between each iteration

Hello All,

I have a scenario where I want to calculate duration between 2 time. I have lead id as 1 and I am assigning one lead to A to proposal. A has reviewed the lead and need few more information to prepare proposal. So, A has reassigned that lead to B. This is one iteration.

B has assigned the lead again to A with requested information. Now, A reviewed the information n prepared the proposal and given back to B. Here 2nd iteration ended.

Now, I would to calculate the total time spent by A to prepare the proposal. Kindly assist.

I will create a sample n will share in the morning. I m just calculate TAT of a lead worked upon by sales. Like I m getting one lead for 3 times and 3rd time it is getting completed. In first iteration I spent 2 mins. 2nd instance spent 1 day n in final instance 4 hrs. This should be my output basis assigned date. Here I am not sure how to calculate these time on basis date n each iteration
