Users leaving, clean up, archiving advice?

Hi,

Just want some feedback from other users from the below questions and what do they do etc:

Do you have a Group (Email Group) or individual users when giving access to a Document?

When a user leaves, how do you delete their Server Objects? Any other way than using the QMC?

Do you have one Qlikview Document (qvw) that creates one qvd or do you have one document that generates multiple QVD's, what naming conventions do you use when creating a Document that is being used within a Reload Task?

When archiving a Qlikview Document where do you put this Document and all its dependent QVD's? Within the same folder called archive on the same server or another way?
