Error

A colleague of mine is getting an error when trying to reload a document that has been put onto the Qlikview Server. On his desktop it works fine but not from the server. The error is this (sorry it's long) -

If your colleague has trouble getting a new document to reload on the server, please obtain the TaskLog and (especially important) the DocumentLog and post both text files in this thread.

A Windows event log entry doesn't help much because those relate more to problems with services than with the actual reload.

The only information that I can lift from this long text is that there is a problem during communication with the Directory Service Connector. Which may point to a distribution problem (you know, distributing to people that have accounts in AD which we cannot verify because the DSC doesn't talk back) In that case, the TaskLog is essential for analysing the situation. In all other cases, we need the DocumentLog.
