Qlikview for Good Authentication Failure

Hello,

I'm using the Qlikview for Good app on an iPad. Without anything being changed as far I know we've got an issue.

When I donwload the app I'm activating the app by Good for Enterprise - Auth Delegate.

Next I start the app and get to a login screen. Using my windows credentials I get the following: Authentication Failure, Unable to authenticate.

In the management console the QVWS authentication tab has the following configuration:
Authentication: Always

Type: NTLM

The DSC has an Active Directory configured.

Can't figure out how to solve this. Did't find anything helpful on the community.

Who's had the same issue?

Any suggestions towards a solution?

Since my question did't result in any replies, some additional information.

Qlikview version used: 11.00.11282.0 SR1

Qlikview for Good app used: Date 201510091558 Version 1.2 (3).

Any ideas?

It could mean that you're the only one using this 3rd party product together with QlikView.

Maybe you'll have more luck if you post your question in the Good Community?

Hello Peter,

Can't imagine I'm the only one using Qlikview for Good.

My move action wasn't the move you meant. The moderator still moved it and informed me correctly.

Next question i'll consult the moderator when i'm not sure about the right space.

I've asked our Good application manager to consult the Good Community.
