      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no of products with a serial no &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;product serial no must be unique &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but in a pivot table am getting sum(quantity) as 2 for 1 serial no &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any idea to solve this issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

In the mapping, you sum the quantities, grouped by the serial number.
