Need help with a few calculations

Hi, I have the following table and need to find a count of managers who have another manager under them, in this case 4 (C, D, F, and X). I also need to find the count of managers who only have a single person reporting to them (B, C, and D). I'm quite new to QlikView so would appreciate an explanation of the logic used.

Employee	ID	Manager	Manager ID
A	1	B	3
B	2	C	3
C	3	D	4
D	4	F	6
E	5	F	6
F	6	X	6

May be these:

1st Requirement

=Concat(DISTINCT {<Manager = p(Employee)>} Manager, ', ')

=Count(DISTINCT {<Manager = p(Employee)>} Manager)

2nd Requirement

=Concat(DISTINCT {<Manager = {"=Count(Employee) = 1"}>} Manager, ', ')

=Count(DISTINCT {<Manager = {"=Count(Employee) = 1"}>} Manager)
