How display a message when the application opened for the first time?

I have to display a policy message for the users (users of the application). This message should be displayed only first the app is opened. For example, if I open a app "XYZ" for the first time (I'm using this for the first time) then I must get this message. But when I open the same app second time I must not get this message. how to do this?

The application that I shared did not work for you? I know you were asking for how it was working. Would the explanation will be good enough? or are you looking for something in addition to that sample?

Hi Pavithara,

You can display a message in a picture format. Follow the below instruction.

Document Properties - > opening tab - > Select image option - > Browse the policy image - > Choose any on of the option based on your wish ( Close mouse on click or Close after 5 seconds)

Note: You can use some online sites to create a picture.

It did work. But this question is little bit different from that.

Here I want to display the message only once. For example, if I go to access point and click one of the app, I want that app to display policy message to agree. But if I visit the same app again in the future I don't want app to display that policy message.

The one which we did earlier will display each time we open that document. But here I want it to display once ever. Is this possible?
