Add expression in google map api using scatter chart

Hi,

I need a heat map using google api in scatter chart.

With the help of a document provided by our community, I had designed a basic google api heat map.

My map is now showing Area wise Number of Patients.

i.e (When I mouse over the point on map, pop up shows Area name and Patient Count).

Each area consists Disease Categories also.

So I need to show Disease category as as well as Area wise - Patient count.

i.e (When i mouse over the point on map, It should show area name followed by list of diseases and its Patient count)..

I'm not able to get the second one. Kindly help me how to do this.

I had attached the step by step design document that i used and my map's screen shot.
