Graph to be created based on the increase and decrease of value

Hi all,

We need to create a graph based on the increase or decrease of the Rating of the buyer. The increase or decrease duration will be decided based on the selection of the reporting period.

If reporting period
1 is selected then the range will be Max(Decision Date) minus 30
3 is selected then the range will be Max(Decision Date) minus 90
6 is selected then the range will be Max(Decision Date) minus 180
12 is selected then the range will be Max(Decision Date) minus 365

If reporting period “1” is selected it will take the Rating for the Max(Decision Date) and compared against the Rating for the Max(Decision Date) outside the reporting period.

Scenario 1 - Reporting period 1 selected
Buyer 1 --> Current Value is 4 and previous value 6 (increase)
Buyer 2 --> Current Value is 3 and previous value 7 (increase)
Buyer 3 --> No values in the reporting period
So the graph should show 0 number for decrease and increase also 2

Scenario 2 - Reporting period 3 selected
Buyer 1 --> Current Value is 4 and previous value 6 (increase)
Buyer 2 --> Current Value is 3 and previous value 2 (decrease)
Buyer 3 --> No values in the reporting period

There will be more reporting period, but the same logic can be applied.
