      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;In a healthy situation you &lt;STRONG&gt;never&lt;/STRONG&gt; restart the QlikView services and the server they are running on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Exceptions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some changes in the QMC (like updating some folders and updating the license) will require a QlikView server service, but the QMC will warn you when it is about to do that and you do not have to do that manually yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
