How to clear previous selection

Hi All,

We having a sales dashboard for pharmacy. In that we having pivot table which has the several serial nos of the product.Those serial no are hyperlinked to open the another qvw.

Our issue is when user clicks some serial no,if that serial no is not present in the second dashboard it still retains the previous selection.

Instead of previous selection I need to show the selected values are not present in the dashboard.

So let me know how to clear the previous selection in the Access Point

I would actually suggest you to go through the document chaining functionality available in qlikview.

Passing Parameters in a URL and Document Chaining

Check this link. Here there is a demonstration on how to make use of this functionality.

try to set trigger to clear selection

set the Sheet Trigger on second dashboard

Right Click on sheet->Properties->Trigger Tab->Click OnActivated Sheet->Add->Select Action Type 'Selection'

select Action 'Clear All'
