      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A simple way you can do this like &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right Clik on straight table -&amp;gt; Custom Format Cell -&amp;gt; Then select BackGround Color for cells and Apply setting and save it (But you have to right click on that cell on which you want the color set) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But first please check that in User preference Properties -&amp;gt; Design -&amp;gt; Always Show Design Menu Items is checked mark if not so please check it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anand&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
