My question is this: I have two documents created in the management console, it is assumed that each user only see documents to which he has access, but even so all users can see both documents when trying to open them in effect You can only open who was given access. Could you check whether these users has Named User CAL assigned.

In Documents Tab - Add task manually and distribute to only the restricted audience not for all.
