Multiple Stacked Bars in a chart

My requirement is as follow,

There is no dimension to the above chart.

Is it possible to achieve the same in QlikView.

Actual, LBE, Plan data comes from different tables.

PY is not required.

Is it possible to achieve the same in a single object. I should also export the same to NPrinting.

Can anyone help me on this please.
